如何预防TSS
根据英国国家医疗服务体系的建议:——选择吸水性最低的卫生棉条——在月经期间用卫生巾或内裤衬垫代替卫生棉条——在插入卫生棉条前后洗手——定期更换卫生棉条，一次不要插入多个卫生棉条——睡前第一件事就是插入新的卫生棉条，第二天早上第一件事就是更换卫生棉条
“他们不确定原因，但他们认为自己无法承受卫生棉条的效力。”他认为他们永远不会知道。”
贾文说，她更希望女儿们不要使用卫生棉条。她说，我们不会把它们放在家里。
贾文现在呼吁其他妈妈和女孩注意不同尺寸的卫生棉条，建议那些月经周期较轻的人不要使用超大号的卫生棉条。
“我希望人们能注意不同种类的卫生棉条。有普通、超级和超级加号，但如果你真的不需要超级加号，就不要用它们。
“佛罗里达的感染控制医生告诉我们，如果你的月经周期较轻，就不需要超级+。
“在这一点上，我完全不建议使用卫生棉条。”
